Before collection

AllVanCar prepares the vehicle and brings its mechanical maintenance up to date before handover. The written order specifies the repairs, servicing and finishes included in the price; any changes are agreed in writing.

On handover day

We hand over the vehicle with the agreed work completed and its documents. We agree the date and location in Málaga with you; any additional transport and its cost are agreed in writing. We handle the documentation and registration in your name, including the ITV inspection where required for handover. We offer flexible payment terms. We agree the deposit and payment schedule to suit your order and record them in writing before you place it.
