Included preparation
AllVanCar prepares the vehicle and brings its mechanical maintenance up to date before handover. The written order specifies the repairs, servicing and finishes included in the price; any changes are agreed in writing.
Finishes for your order
We agree the two-tone paint, window film, roof racks, wheel finishes and hubcaps included in your order, subject to technical compatibility, regulations and availability. The specific work is recorded in writing.
Documents and ITV
We handle the documentation and registration in your name, including the ITV inspection where required for handover.
Warranty
We include a warranty of one year or 25,000 km on the engine and gearbox, subject to the applicable legal and contractual terms. The warranty documents detail its cover, exclusions and claims procedure, without limiting your statutory rights.
Reservation and payment
We offer flexible payment terms. We agree the deposit and payment schedule to suit your order and record them in writing before you place it.
Handover
We hand over the vehicle with the agreed work completed and its documents. We agree the date and location in Málaga with you; any additional transport and its cost are agreed in writing.
Placing your order
The written order identifies the vehicle, price and included work. The sale, invoice, warranty and final handover are recorded in the corresponding contracts and documents. Sending an enquiry or trying the configurator does not place an order.
